Battlefield 4 Beta Starts This Fall Says Community Manager

While first-person shooter fans eagerly await Battlefield 4‘s reveal trailer on March 27th, watching the teaser videos that Electronic Arts and DICE have been releasing over the last 48 hours, Battlefield community manager Ian Tornay is posting tweets describing how he is “excited thinking about all the cool, fun Battlefield 4 stuff we’ve [DICE] got planned.” In his excited state Torney goes on to (re)confirm that the Battlefield 4 beta will start this Fall, not Summer as was revealed earlier in the day.

Latest Black Ops 2 Update Now Live on Wii U – Patch Notes

The same update, which addresses bugs and issues, improves on existing features, and re-balances a bunch of weapons, has gone live today on Nintendo’s Wii U.

Battlefield 4 Mini-Site Opens For Business, Teases Us With Artwork

Electronic Arts and DICE have launched the official Battlefield 4 mini-site. Found at www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4, the new site doesn’t give us any more information on the upcoming shooter, yet.

What you will see when visiting the Battlefield 4 site follows the theme that seems to run through all of the Battlefield 4 media that we’ve seen so far… rain. The site is covered in it, obscuring the picture behind. When you ‘wipe’ the screen with your cursor the rain is temporarily removed, giving you a sneak peek at the image laying behind.

Battlefield 4 Press Reveal Set for March 26th, Public Reveal the Day After

battlefield 4 inviteElectronic Arts and DICE have set a date for the big Battlefield 4 reveal. Gaming news outlets started reporting that they were getting invites today from the PR department at Electronic Arts for the event in San Francisco, California.

“DICE invites you to the unveiling of Battlefield 4. Please join us to celebrate a new era of Battlefield,” reads the invite, emblazoned with the Battlefield 4 logo.
