The seventh and final Premium-exclusive Battlefield 3 competition is set to go live this weekend, and for the finale DICE want to see who is skilled enough to turn the tide in Rush mode.
Running 48-hours over Saturday and Sunday February 16-17, players are tasked with arming/disarming as many M-COM stations as possible. The top 5 players from each platform who get the most M-COM station arms/disarms will win a limited edition, signed and numbered lithograph featuring artwork from Battlefield 3, plus a limited edition T-shirt from the DICE Store.
If that sounds like something that would look good on your wall (on your back in the case of the t-shirt) the first thing you will need to make sure of is that you are a Battlefield Premium member. The competition will run in the Aftermath expansion only, so make sure you have downloaded Aftermath. Then you’ll need to find one of the Premium exclusive competition servers. These will all be named “Febcomp” and have a number attached to it. When joining one of the “Febcomp” competition servers you will be prompted to enter a password. Enter “febcomp” and you’re good to go. All you need to do then is arm and disarm as many M-COM’s as humanly possible.
The competition runs the 48 hours of Saturday and Sunday February 16-17. Note that we use the UTC time zone to decide start and end times. This means the competition will start already on Friday evening February 15 if you are located on the west coast of America, for example. Sample start times below.
Los Angeles 16:00 February 15
London 00:00 February 16
Moscow 04:00 February 16
Tokyo 09:00 February 16
The rotation will be all maps in Aftermath, played in Rush mode.
Winners will be posted on Battlelog shortly after the competition ends, and then contacted via email with a winner’s code they can redeem at the DICE Store to claim their price and have it shipped to them.
Good luck, soldier!
